cb22 Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement for Bangladesh

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the cb22 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, account services, payment facilities, and any other features or content offered through the cb22 website at cb22.ws ("Platform"). cb22 is an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh.

By registering a cb22 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2 of this Agreement.

cb22 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To register and maintain an active cb22 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from cb22 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or family member of an employee of cb22 or any of its software or payment providers.

cb22 reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any point. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, cb22 reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

To access real-money games, place bets, make deposits or request withdrawals on cb22, you must first register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each player may hold only one (1) cb22 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

cb22 processes all player funds in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your cb22 balance immediately upon confirmation.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the mobile wallet (bKash or Nagad) or payment card associated with your account. cb22 does not charge withdrawal fees.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. cb22 may request identity documentation before releasing funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large sums.
• cb22 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or unresolved bonus wagering requirements.
• Player funds are not used for operational costs and are held separately from cb22 business funds. Funds in your account represent a liability of cb22 to you and will be returned to you upon verified request, subject to these Terms.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. cb22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit received from a source that does not match your account details may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

cb22 is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa or Mastercard network outages, scheduled maintenance, or bank processing times. In such cases cb22 will make reasonable efforts to assist affected players.

cb22 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, VIP rewards and other promotional offers to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered or in the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be distinguished from real-money funds. Withdrawal requests will be applied first to any real-money balance not subject to wagering requirements.
• cb22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the promotion or acting in bad faith.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player and per household. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts or sharing a device or payment method with another bonus claimant may result in disqualification.

The following rules apply to all games and betting markets available through the cb22 platform:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased, not increased, during a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to cb22. Self-exclusion is effective immediately. To reinstate a temporarily excluded account, a cooling-off period applies before access is restored.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cb22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or account update.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Accessing the Platform if you are a self-excluded player, or knowingly assisting a self-excluded individual to access the Platform.

cb22 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor accounts and transactions continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, cb22 will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of all genuine players.

cb22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the account holder.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of the account for illegal purposes.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested by cb22.
• At the request of the account holder who wishes to close their own account voluntarily.

Where an account is closed by cb22 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time. Where closure follows a breach, cb22 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

All content available through the cb22 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, video, audio, layout, design and the cb22 brand name and logo, is the exclusive property of cb22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the cb22 platform without the prior written consent of cb22. Unauthorised use of cb22 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cb22 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of winnings, data, profit, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill arising from your use of the cb22 platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, network failures, or platform downtime caused by factors outside cb22's direct control including third-party software provider outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed by you on information, odds, game results or promotional content published on the cb22 platform, where such information contains an error that was not the direct result of cb22's negligence.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cb22's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law. cb22's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal information is governed by the cb22 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
